Headstrong Amplifiers have a 10 year fully transferrable warranty. All of our amps are covered for a period of 10 years from original date of purchase. The coverage includes the following:
Manufacturing defects due to assembly or faulty components* or shipping from the Headstrong facilities. This does not cover any misuse, modifications, improper speaker usage or any other issue that Headstrong deems to be user error. We will still work with the customer to repair the amp at a discounted rate TBD.
All repairs and shipping are covered for 90 days after the new amp purchase. If any issues arise your amp will be replaced/repaired at no charge or shipping fees. After 90 days Shipping is the responsibility of the current owner of the amp.
*Certain components due to manufacturers warranty expiration will only be covered for the following:
Tubes, capacitors resistors and Weber speakers 90 days. Transformers 1 year. Eminence speakers 7 years.
